These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. By using Bully Room, you agree to all three documents. If there is a conflict, these Terms control the contractual relationship, but you must still follow the Guidelines.
1) Agreement
By using Bully Room, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2) Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You’re responsible for your activity and compliance with applicable laws.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or the Guidelines.
3) Content rules
- You must have rights to the content you post.
- No illegal, harmful, or abusive content (see Community Guidelines).
- We may remove content at our discretion, including to enforce safety and policy requirements.
4) Listings & transactions
- We’re a platform, not a broker. We don’t guarantee listings, payments, or outcomes.
- Follow all laws and regulations for animal sales/adoptions/services in your area.
- Meet safely, verify documents, and use secure payments at your own risk.
5) Intellectual property
You retain rights in your content. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content to operate and improve the service. We respect valid IP takedown requests.
6) Ads & monetization
Content may include advertising, including pre/mid/post-roll video ads. Participation in creator monetization requires following applicable policies.
7) Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
8) Governing law
These terms are governed by U.S. law (Pennsylvania), except where prohibited. Some rights vary by jurisdiction.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
